Missing item

If your order arrives incomplete, and one or more items are missing from your package, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

It is not uncommon for orders to be split between warehouses. Therefore, there is a good chance the rest of your order is still on the way! 

Wrong item

It doesn't happen often, but should an incorrect item be delivered instead of the product you ordered, please contact [email protected] with a photo of the item, and we would be happy to assist.
