If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email, or the tracking link has stopped updating, please reach out to [email protected], and we will investigate the issue further.
If your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not received the package, you must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. Before reaching out, please ensure you check your property, along with any neighbours that may have collected the package on your behalf.
Swap Protect Package Protection -
We have partnered with Swap to provide protection for your order while it is in transit. This is optional, and you can opt out at checkout if you wish to do so.
If you have protected your package, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Swap on dispatch. Should anything go wrong during transit or delivery, you can request a replacement or a refund.
