Our warehouse is largely automated to allow for the fastest possible processing times, however, this also means we have a very short window of time in which we can cancel an order and prevent it from shipping. If your order has already been delivered, you will need to follow the returns process by accessing the page linked HERE. Or, if the package has been dispatched and is in transit, you can refuse the delivery by telling the courier you wish for the package to be returned to the sender.
