How do I make a return?Updated 15 days ago

At OOSC, we want to ensure returns are as easy for you as possible. If you are unhappy with the goods you have received and would like a refund or exchange, please start the process using our returns platform HERE (don't forget to include the # at the start of your order number).

Should you wish to exchange for a different size or product, this will be free! Return label fees for a return for a refund will vary depending on your location, and you have the option to return via a tracked courier of your choice to the address below, just ensure that you keep your postage receipt. 

Please make sure that the products are returned to us within 30 days, in the same packaging with swing tags fixed if relevant, in a perfect sellable state. Items worn, damaged, dirty or in an otherwise unsellable state will not be accepted for returns. This includes scuffs, marks, dirt, make-up stains, pet hair, foul smells, so ensure you are in a clean environment when trying on, otherwise, we may not accept your return. 

Sending a return manually (not via our returns portal)


Where possible, all returns must be registered through our returns portal. However, should you need to send your return back manually, you can find the warehouse address for your region listed below. 

You must ensure to get a postage receipt and share a photo of this with our support team.

Please note, returns made outside of our returns portal may take longer to process.

Restrictions on swimwear returns

If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping/seal for hygiene reasons. All goods are inspected on return and will not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed or damaged and will automatically be sent back out to you.


Restrictions on sale items

Please note that sale items are non-refundable in the US.
