Returning a marketplace purchase (ASOS, Decathlon, etc)Updated 14 days ago

If you purchased one of our products through a third-party marketplace such as ASOS, Decathlon, Mountain Warehouse, or similar, the return process is handled differently from purchases made directly through our website.

Locate the Return Label

Your return label will be included in your original delivery package. Please do not discard it.

Register Your Return Online

You’ll need to register your return through the marketplace’s website (e.g., ASOS.com).

A direct link to initiate the return will be available in the order confirmation email sent to you by the marketplace.

Prepare Your Item for Return

- Use the original packaging whenever possible.

- Ensure all swing tags remain attached if applicable.

- Items must be in a perfect, sellable condition.


Returns We Cannot Accept

To help us process your return quickly and avoid rejection, please ensure the item meets the following conditions as we cannot accept returns that are:

- Worn or used

- Damaged

- Dirty

- Contain make-up stains, scuffs, marks, or pet hair

- Carry strong or unpleasant odours


Please try on items in a clean environment to avoid any issues. Items returned in an unsellable condition will be rejected and may be sent back to you.
