SwapProtect is an optional package protection service provided by a third-party company called Swap. You can opt in or out by ticking the box in your shopping cart. 

Once an order has been fulfilled with SwapProtect applied, we are unable to refund this service. The package protection is applied to the order once the payment is confirmed, and cannot be removed. 

Furthermore, this portion of the order does not get refunded if you make a return, as you would have benefited from this protection should something have happened to your package during transit. Essentially, this is a service and not an item. Therefore, does not get refunded should a return take place.
